Stories Distilled from the American South.

Southern Myth started with memories—the backroads, tobacco country, small towns, old barbershops, porch swings, summer storms, and long Southern nights that stayed with me.

Today, I turn those memories into fragrance in Huntsville, Alabama. I’m a disabled U.S. veteran, and every Southern Myth fragrance is blended to order and bottled by hand.

This isn’t an imagined version of the South. It’s the South I remember.

Southern Myth Started With Memory.

Before Southern Myth became a fragrance house, it was a collection of places and feelings that never really disappeared. The roads after summer rain. The quiet hidden buildings you pass without thinking.
The porch light at the end of the evening. The feeling of the South holding onto its stories long after the moment is gone. Southern Myth was built to preserve those things in another form. Fragrance became the vessel.
Each bottle is meant to feel like more than a scent. It should feel like a place, a mood, a memory or a piece of the South carried forward.

Blended to Order. Bottled by Hand.
Released Six at a Time.

Southern Myth stays intentionally small. Every fragrance is blended to order and bottled by hand in Huntsville, Alabama. Rather than producing large runs, Southern Myth releases just six 50 ml bottles of each fragrance at a time. When a release sells out, the next six are typically made available within 30 days or less. That smaller pace keeps the process close personal, deliberate and rooted in craftsmanship. Southern Myth was never meant to feel mass-produced. It was meant to feel made.
